Melis Balci researches and experiments with the structures and conventions of story-telling in her projects which are mainly 2D animations. In every project that she takes part in, Melis researches and experiments with structures and conventions of story-telling. In Melis’ projects, motion techniques and illustrations share equal creative significance. Combining textures with plain language, Melis always manages to move audiences with her animations.

Merkür, an animation film that Melis co-directed, competed in a number of film festivals and won several awards.

Dilara’s illustration and animations are particularly impressive in the way they portray space and scenery. She uses light in a way that aims to revive the digital artwork into a real experience. Whether an illustration, environment design for a game, or a background for an animation, Dilara can always find the right tone that will bring your idea to life. 

Her first work as a background artist was exhibited in international festivals such as the BFI London Film Festival, LIAF, LSFF. She has worked for brands Eti, Red Bull, Nestle, Total, THY, and Akbank while illustrating children’s books.

As a designer focused on the ways to provide creative solutions for brands, Dilara is skilled in merging a brand’s identity with her own style in unique ways. She is the perfect artist for projects that require storytelling whether through a still image or an animation. Previously, Dilara worked for brands such as Nike, Kolektif House, and Publicis İstanbul.

And yet, his isometric cross-sections from diverse worlds are the perfect examples of his more detailed and complex designs that have their origin in his background in architecture. Cem is also platonically in love with surfing.

Yaren produces works that always standout. Her vibrant color palette and her sharp contoured lines always locks the observants attention at first sight. She produces illustrations for book covers, concert posters, gif and for many other projects. Her biggest passion is skateboarding, and she hopes custom illustrations on skateboards will spread very soon in Turkey.

From his atelier in İzmir he continues to produce illustrations for publishing companies and magazines as well as graphic design projects including logo, poster and book cover designs. 

 

Uğur’s CV is full of awards, lastly his illustrated picture book called Mıstık, seni anlamıyoruz! gained the distinction award by Nami Island Picture Book Illustration Concurs 2017.
